* I ordered my shirt like 2 days ago why is it taking so long!? Your order will take approximately 2 weeks to arrive within North America or 4 weeks outside the USA. Though, MOST orders take far LESS time to arrive then that. If you are ordering around Christmas time, check the Shop to see when the deadlines for Xmas ordering are. If you order by the xmas deadline, and you are inside the US, you are guaranteed to get your order by Xmas (unless you send me the wrong address or something like that.)

* I have waited for my package to arrive for as long as you said, but it is still not here, what do I do? We generally keep few items in stock, and most items are made to order, with the exception of books which generally ship within five days of your order. Expect delivery of most items in three to four weeks, but the vast majority get there much sooner. If you have questions regarding the status of your order, just email thecreators[at]whiteninjacomics.com and we will be glad to assist. We do not need the transaction ID, just your name and email address you placed your order are usually sufficient.
Please DON'T email me four days after ordering, demanding a "tracking number" and a date of shipment.

* I am confused by this whole "shirt" thing, please explain. Tees, or t-shirts, were developed by the Romans during the Julius Caesar era. The metal from the soldiers armor was scratching their bodies and giving them hives, so he invented a "T-shirt", for his troops to wear underneath their armor. As you can probably imagine from the name, t-shirts, kinda look like the letter "T". They are now worn, not just under armor, but on their own, commonly with pants. Although, t-shirts are commonly worn on the top half of the body, although, theoretically, they can be worn as pants too.

* I ordered one thing, but got the wrong thing! Email me with the details of what you ordered vs. what you got. I will then have you mail the product back to the distributor. We will send the correct items within 2 days of receiving the wrong stuff back. This only happens occasionally, but it is our own fault. Please don't get mad, because everyone screws up sometimes!

* I got the wrong size, even though I looked at the shirt sizing info page before ordering! First of all, don't wear it or wash it!! Second of all, EMAIL ME to make sure I have a replacement. (If it is a shirt I are still selling, I will definitely have one, but if it is a shirt I stopped selling, I may not have one.) If I don't have a replacement in the style you ordered, I can send you a replacement in the size you want, and a different style.

Third, you need to send the shirt back, along with $5 cash (NO CHECKS!) for shipping back to you, via first-class or priority mail to the distributor (we will give you the address when you email me). WE will ship your replacement shirt within a day or two of getting the original shirt back. MAKE SURE TO INCLUDE A NOTE TELLING US WHAT YOU ARE SENDING BACK AND THE SIZE YOU WANT IN RETURN, ALONG WITH YOUR ADDRESS!! Otherwise we won't be able to tell what's going on.

If you ordered multiple shirts, here are the return shipping costs to include with your shirts: 2 shirts: $5, 3 shirts $7, 4 shirts and up $9.

* I ordered this shirt and I don't want it now! (alternate question/statement: "I ordered this with my mom's credit card and she won't let me keep it!") Unfortunately, there is nothing I can do for you. Please be sure you want what you order, and do not order ANYTHING using someone else's credit card! If you are under 18 or don't have your own credit card, try to convince someone with a credit card to order the shirt for you.

Oh, also, shirts don't get damaged in the mail, and we inspect them when they arrive, so you are guaranteed to get something that looks very nice. Between myself, Jeff at Topatoco (our distributor), brunetto t-shirts, and the people at the t-shirt factory, shirts that do not look awesome will never reach your doorstep.
