The secret society, creatively known as "The Secret Keepers," was founded by Jonathan Johnson. Jonathan had created the society in 1966 after he discovered deer foot tracks at his Alaskan cottage. Naturally, Jonathan deduced that if deer were nearby then sasquatchs must also be in the proximity to prey of them.
Jonathan spent the next several years searching the Alaskan territory for more evidence of Sasquatch activity. After 10 years of search to no avail, Jonathan determined that the sasquatchs were most likely ghosts, preying on the deer from beyond the grave. Terrified, he left his cottage and founded the Secret Keepers.
The sole purpose of the Secret Keepers was to keep secret those secrets that would surely, if made public, cause panic and hysteria throughout the masses.
Although, “Peabody's Theory of Monkey Creationism” and the “Sasquatch Conspiracy” were the only secrets that the group had, they kept them secret through advanced and highly complicated methods. Basically, Johnson would whisper the secret into the person’s ear beside him who in turn would whisper it in the person’s ear next to him and so on. This form of passing on the secret was known as the Telephone Method of Secrecy Encoding. In order to keep the secrets alive the members of the Secret Keepers passed the secret to their children using the Telephone method. Unfortunately, children are very poor with this form of passing on important information. Unintentionally, the children altered the message, distorting it into “Creating Pee on Monkey Bodies” and the “Ass-crotch Conspiracy”.
Jonathan Johnson had no children and so he had to pass his message onto his nephew, Jeremy Buckwold. Jeremy broke tradition by writing down the secrets, which he reasoned were a much better way of preserving the valuable information. He took the sacred papers, rolled them tightly, and hid them inside a bottle of Peroxide. Years later, Jeremy, having forgot the secrets, attempted to revisit the notes that he had hidden. But when he unscrewed the bottle he realized that the papers had tragically disintegrated and the secrets of the Secret Keepers were now lost forever.
